Cancellation Policy:  We require a 48 hours notice for cancellation of any reservation.  If you do not cancel within the prescribed time, you will be charged for the first nights stay for each room you have reserved.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

Notice to Guests:  This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  There are NO refunds once the room has been occupied.  Management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries to guests; or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.  If you smoke in any room, or take a pet into a room not designated as a Pet Friendly Room, you will be assessed $225 fee to clean and detoxify the room and its furnishings.  Pets are charged $10 per day and only allowed into rooms designated and approved by the management.  Pets are also not allowed on the beds and must not be left alone in the room.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests remaining after checkout time will be charged for an additional nights stay.
